Timeout Error

If you attempt to make a change of the page won't load, you may see a "Timeout" flag on the top of your screen. These generally occur when there is a problem with the custom formulas stored in your code, or there is an issue with your host server. 

If you are hosting your own system, look in your apache logs to determine the root cause.

If RTB is hosting for you, create a ticket for us to investigate the issue. Be sure to let us know what part of the system you were working on when the timeout occurred.
