Understanding the Administration Panel

Each section of the Administration is separated into blocks:

  1. System - This area is designated to handle your system's main functions, basic look and setup. You can determine what authentication method you want to use, along with clearing out the system cache and rebuilding your database. 
  2. Users - This area allows you to add new users, assign permissions (Roles), assign departments (Teams) and view each user's actions.
  3. Customization - This block allows you to add new modules to your system and change the language of your application buttons. 
    1. The Entity Manager is the primary function to add or change each of the system's fields, run custom scripts and change the look of each section of your system. 
    2. The Layout Manager is designed to let you modify the look of each view on your system.
  4. Messaging - Setup of internal and external emails and notification capabilities.
  5. Portal - Create and deploy client/customer Portals and users and set their permissions.
  6. Data - Import .csv data into any of your modules. Set up information transfers through APIs and webhooks. This area also allows you to manage other users'/teams' Dashboards and layouts specifically.
  7. Formula Sandbox - Test out your scripts before running in production.
