General Guidelines
RTB Toolbox's email solution is very basic and is not as robust as Microsoft Outlook or Gmail's platforms for managing emails. However, if your plan includes emails, and you need to use this platform for sending invoices or tracking client/vendor emails, then these guidelines will help you.
- Your RTB Toolbox sales rep should have your emails configured for any incoming and outgoing email.
- If you change your password on your email provider, you will need to change it in the admin panel or reach out to RTB to change it for you.
